This page explains how delivery works, including where we deliver, what’s included, any possible extra fees, and what to expect on the day your bed arrives.

Free Standard Delivery – Mainland UK Only

We offer free curbside delivery for all orders shipped to most addresses in mainland UK.

What’s included:

  • Free delivery Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00
  • Delivery to your driveway or doorstep (ground floor)
  • Pre-notification and tracking via email or SMS

📍 Mainland UK includes England, Wales, and most of Scotland – excluding Highlands & Islands (see below).

Some locations are classed as remote or hard-to-reach by our courier (DX Delivery). These will incur an additional charge of £20 to £60, depending on where you live.

If your postcode falls within these zones, you will be notified of the surcharge during checkout or by our customer service team.

Remote Area Surcharge

  • Applies to postcodes listed above. Fee: £20–£60
  • We recommend checking your postcode before checkout.

Waiting Time / Demurrage

  • 15 minutes of unloading are free.
  • demurrage fee may apply — usually £10–£20 per 15 minutes.

Missed Deliveries

  • You get up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If no one is home after 3 tries, your bed is returned to our warehouse.
  • Return-to-sender and redelivery fees may apply (approx. £30 or more).

Delivery Day – What to Expect

  • to the ground floor only — usually your driveway or doorstep
  • For flats or apartments: we’ll deliver to the main entrance only
  • We don’t bring the bed upstairs or into rooms
  • You’ll receive a photo or signature confirmation
  • Up to 3 attempts before it's returned

Check Your Delivery for Damage

Please inspect your delivery right away.

  • If you see damage, sign as "Damaged" when accepting the order
  • Keep all original packaging until any claim is resolved
  • Report visible damage within 7 days
  • Lost item claims must be made within 21 days of dispatch

Warranty Information

We are committed to providing high-quality products designed to last. Our Bloom Bunk Bed comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and material quality.

What’s Covered?

  • Structural integrity of the frame.
  • Defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Loose joints or breakages under normal use.

What’s Not Covered?

  • Damage due to misuse, improper assembly, or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, or stains).
  • Water damage, accidental damage, or environmental factors.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our support team via [email/phone number] with your order details.
  2. Provide a description of the issue and clear photos of the defect.
  3. Our team will assess the claim and arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs apply unless the product is faulty.
